About the Faculty

‘Commander Prasad YVV’, in his professional life of 31 long years, has served the Nation in many roles like a ‘Defence & Aerospace Program-Head’, major Contributor to many Defence Technology Programs, a Strategic Thinker, a Visionary for defence SMEs’ development & growth, a distinguished professional speaker in National defence forums and also a noted Professor in Academia & acknowledged Academic guide in Management & Technology.

In recognition of his outstanding performance, exceptional calibre and significant contributions, he has been honoured with “Best Citizens Of India Award -2011”.

He is a regular speaker for CII-Defence forums and an acknowledged expert in SME matters of defence & aerospace industry sector. He is a member of CII-Defence SME Committee. He is also listed by ‘International Society of Who’s Who of Professionals’. He is a recognised ‘R&M Professional’ by DRDO for his R&M contributions in EW and Missiles. He is a ‘Visiting Faculty’ to many management & technological institutions.

He holds a vast experience of having closely associated & worked with DRDO, Defence PSUs, Departments in Ministry of Defence, leading Private Sector firms, Technological firms abroad, R&D labs and Academic Institutions. He continues to serve actively both the Academic & Defence sectors in this country and remains dedicated in his effort for growth of these.
