1. Download the form on your computer.
2. Save the form on your computer with your name as file name.
3. Using Microsoft Word 2007, open the saved file. 
   
4. Enter all the information required carefully and correctly.
5. Complete all the entries in the form.
6. After completing the form, save the file.
7. Mail the file as an attachment to admission@dubai.bits-pilani.ac.in
   
8. Print two copies of the filled form.
9. Complete the signatures, attach your photograph and the documents required (see Part I section 6.3 in the Admission Bulletin) to one copy of the printout. Keep the other copy for your reference.
10. Submit this set with the application fees to "The Admissions Office, BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus, Dubai International Academic City, P.O. Box 345055, Dubai, United Arab Emirates”, in person or by courier to reach before the due date (see Part I section 6.4 & 6.5 in the Admission Bulletin).
