Summary: Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa Campus with close to 25 years of teaching, research, and training experience in the field of business communication and behavioural sciences. She has authored 03 books, 40 plus research publications in the reputable journals and conferences, 18 conference presentations and 04 working papers. In addition, she has completed 01 Government funded project, 03 Consultancy projects, 02 PhD Theses. Her research areas are - Communication, Technology in Society, Behavioural Sciences, Study of Technology and Human Behaviour and Text/sentiment Analysis using data science.
