The Economics and Management Department offers the following courses: Principles of Economics, Fundamentals of Finance and Accounting, Micro Economics, Macro Economics, Growth and Planning, International Economics, Public Finance, and Econometrics along with few Electives: Issues in Indian Economy& Security Analysis and portfolio Management. The department has its core competency in Econometrics, Financial Economics, Commodity Futures, International trade, and Indian Economy. The Management courses include Principles of Management, , Human Resources Management, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Organizational behaviour etc
The Languages and Humanities Department offers the following courses: Technical Report Writing, and Technical Communication along with an Elective of Theatre Art and Production, Professional Ethics, Public Administration, and Contemporary India, Dynamics of Social Change, Introduction to Psychology and Journalism. The department has its core competencies in Comparative Literature and English Language Teaching. The department is actively involved in organizing seminars, workshops and guest lectures on various topics and also into Research and Consultancy.
