About Me :
I obtained my M.Sc. as well as Ph.D. degrees in physics from
Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, in the years 1982 and 1989 respectively. I joined the department of physics, BITS, Pilani in 1990 and am currently a professor there.
My research interests are in the area of theoretical condensed matter physics. My current interest is in the electronic and thermal properties of Carbon Nanotubes (CNT) and electrical transport in Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistors (CNTFET).
