Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work on the following project sponsored by DST-SERB, under the supervision of Prof Sarmistha Banik, Department of Physics, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.
Title of the project: Bayesian Analysis of Neutron Star Equation of StateDuration of the project: 3 Years Project position & no: JRF, 1 Fellowship amount: 31000/- per month + HRA as (As per applicable DST-SERB, India norms/ Institute norms) Eligibility requirements: MSc in Physics or related subject preferably with Nuclear & Particle Physics specialisation. Strong computation skills will be required for the project.
