About the Faculty
Dr. Subhradeep Pal is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) since September 2020. Dr. Pal had received his M.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2012, and his Doctoral degree from Indian Institute of Technology Patna in 2019. Prior to BITS Pilani, he had worked as an Assistant Professor in the School of Electronics Engineering, KIIT Bhubaneswar, India. He has more than five years of teaching experience. His research area includes silicon photonics, photonic integrated circuits and, optical fiber transmission systems. He has published more than 15 research papers in peer reviewed journals and conferences of international repute.
Dr. Subhradeep Pal has been appointed as a Senior Member of URSI in January 2022.
