Team 'Ranch-o' of five studentsfrom BITS Pilani, Pilani campus emerged as the
winners of Hilti IT Innovation Competition 2019.
More
than 600 teams had registered for the competition and the finals were held at
Hilti Asia IT services office in Kuala Lumpur with eight teams representing
India, Germany, Bahrain, Pakistan and Malaysia.
Team
'Ranch-o', the only team representing India, came up with the innovative
solution to analyze conversations using an AI based virtual corporate assistant
'Kaya' who can come up with summaries, schedules and other insights to take
Hilti's customer interaction to the next level.
The
team shall be visiting Hilti Europe offices at Schaan (Lichtenstein), Zurich
(Switzerland) and Munich (Germany) as a part of their prize winning package and
looks forward to developing their product further.
