Convocation Ceremony for the graduating students who have completed the eligibility requirements in the academic year 2012-13 in First Degree and Higher Degree from BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus shall be held on Sunday, 8th September, 2013 at Dubai Campus. Students, interested in attending the convocation to receive degree are requested to register at this website created for registration providing all information. For any clarification you can write to kumar@bits-dubai.ac.ae. Students are also requested to clear their dues, if any, to receive the degree. Maximum two accompanying persons will be allowed to attend the Convocation at Auditorium. There will be registration process. Candidates must reach Dubai by 7th September, 2013 to collect registration kit between 8:00 AM and 3.00 PM and they should participate in the full dress rehearsal which is compulsory to attend or else he/she will not be permitted to attend the Convocation ceremony.
