Please read the below information and instruction carefully before registering.
Registration opens on 1st August and closes on 1st Dec. Last date for abstract submission is 31st October.  
Fee for IAGRG members - INR 3000
Fee for non members - INR 6000
If one wishes to cancel, the fee is refundable till 1st Dec. After that only half the fee will be refunded.
For faculty members, the fee includes food and hostel accommodation(common bathroom). Faculty members have the choice to stay in a resort near the campus at the rate of INR 3200 per night. We could block only a limited number of rooms in the resort and the members who wish to stay should inform us at earliest. We will recommend the resort to faculty members who might come with their family. We will arrange a shuttle service from the resort to the campus. Following is the link to the resort website.
Registration fee includes the food and hostel accommodation for the postdocs and students. Students should register at earliest as we have limited number of hostel rooms. If a postdoc wishes to stay in a resort near the campus at the rate of INR 3200 per night, he/she is requested to mail us at earliest. If the rooms are available in resort, accommodation will be arranged there. Following is the link for the resort website.
A. Registration fee payment procedure: 
Before registration, the applicant has to pay the fee. Read the online payment procedure explained below:
  • Click on the link  -
  • Read the terms and conditions. Select the check box at the bottom and click on proceed tab. 
  • Select state as ‘Telangana’ from the combo-box 'State of corporate/Institutions'.
  • Select ‘Type of Corporate/Institution' as 'Educational Institutions' & click GO.
  • Select 'BITS-PILANI Hyderabad Campus’ from the ‘Educational Institutions Name' & click SUBMIT.
  •  Select the payment Category "IAGRG 2019" from the options provided.
  • Kindly fill all details in the form provided and make the payment. If you are an IAGRG member then choose the amount Rs. 3000, if non-member then choose Rs. 6000 and proceed with the payment.
  • Note down the transaction number starting with "DU" as it is required later during the registration.  
B. Once the fee has been paid, click on the following link to register.
C. Please provide your travel details by filling up the following form:
Provide the travel details at earliest so that the logistics can be arranged. 
D. Abstract Submission:
Last date for abstract submission is 31st October. One may register earlier and submit the abstract later. The abstracts will be screened by the committee and participants will be informed about the status of their talk/poster before 25th November.
