About the Faculty
Dr. Vidya Rajesh is presently working as an Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Biological Sciences, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus since June 2008. From 2001 -2008 she was associated with BITS, Pilani campus where she completed her M.E. (Biotechnology) and Ph.D. The topic of her doctoral thesis was “Studies on Sequence Diversity and Characterization of the Apical Membrane Antigen ofPlasmodium in Indian Isolates”. Dr.Vidya Rajesh is an extremel dedicated and hard core team player with commitment to teaching and research. She has been actively involved and has gained 10 years of teaching, research and administrative experience during her tenure in various capacities at BITS.

1.Ph.D (Molecular Biology),BITS-Pilani,2007.
2.M.E Biotechnology at BITS, Pilani,2000.
3.M.Sc in Microbiology from Nagpur University, in 1995.
