About Me
I am a semiconductor device engineer and computational material scientist having expertise in the fields of semiconductor device simulation, design, and modelling for dielectrically modulated bio-sensing, catalytic metal gate based gas-sensing, and logic applications as well as nanomaterials simulation, design and modelling for electronics, optoelectronics, sensing and energy storage applications.
