The Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) is the leading global provider of science, technology, and regulatory information. Since its founding in 1946 as a nonprofit organization, PDA has been committed to developing scientifically sound, practical technical information and expertise to advance pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing science and regulation, so members can better serve patients.

The Board of Studies (BoS) - PDA is comprised of sterile product development and manufacturing experts from various pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical organization and responsible for laying the foundations for training in parenteral product manufacturing and aseptic processing.

Dr. Akash Chaurasiya functioning as Member (BoS) & Council lead (Lyophilization), provide guidance along with various other members (Industrial Experts), in development of trained manpower for sterile product manufacturing (injectables/vaccines/ophthalmics, etc.) in India.
