1.      Played a lead role as HOD (July 2008-Aug 2012) in the establishment (from conception through completion) of various research and teaching laboratories in chemistry at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad campus.

2.      As HOD played a lead role in the DST FIST Phase 1 grant of Chemistry Department at Hyderabad campus.

3.      Involved till date in Doctoral Research committee (DRC) and instrumental in framing several policies to augment departmental research.

4.      Actively involved in the developmental activities of University-Industry Linkages division (Practice School) at BITS Pilani from 1998-2008. 

5.      Involved actively in the curriculum redesign for M.Sc (chemistry) program.

10. As Faculty in charge, admissions 2008, 2009 played a lead role in successfully completing the admission for a batch of 1100 undergraduate students. Being a new campus, it was a very challenging task and took the lead responsibility of coordinating the entire activity.
