7. Nucleus member of Admission Division from 2004 December to 2013 September as Question Bank in charge of BITSAT and BITSHD.
8. From 2005 to 2014, I was the coordinator of the BITSAT, BITSHD, and BITS Network Security system entrance examination at the Kolkata center. In 2016 and 2017, I played the same role in Kanpur center. Details are as follows:

Pl. Note: Out of 14 BITS, I was the Kolkata and Kanpur centers coordinator 12 times without any negative report.
During my HOD tenure, I have done the following work towards the development of the department:
They supported all laboratories to improve the experimental facilities significantly, including the Advanced Physics Laboratory for the physics students. They do their experiments in the experimental research laboratory as a part of the advanced physics laboratory course. This was the first-ever such initiative in the department/university.
The department planned for space in the department for new laboratories and the sitting arrangement for the research scholars with internet facilities and computers.
I was engaged in the renovation and instrumental support of the Astrophysics club.
Played leading role to conduct "Cosmology School" in collaboration with IUCA Pune.
I started 1st ever "Research Scholar Day" in the department to encourage research scholars to know about the research work of others and look for the possibility of collaborating. This is an in-house conference for the departmental and the research scholars of other departments where they can deliver oral presentations.
In addition to other regular responsibilities as HOD, I was the coordinator of the (4 campuses) of the 1st External Committee visit in the physics department.
As a regular job, I have handled preparation for the Annual report, trial of departmental data for several committees' visits to the university, and other work I do not remember.
I was an active member of the "Nanosatellite project" with 1st students team at the university. During my time and with my involvement, collaboration with ISRO had started.
