Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) is a Center for Excellence at BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus.

As the Entrepreneurship Cell of BITS Pilani, the organization’s prime focus is to provide an environment conducive to promoting the entrepreneurial spirit and related skills among not only the students of the college but all across the nation.

BITS Pilani is well renowned for its “startup culture”, with giants like Swiggy and BigBasket under their success stories. Boasting of producing some of the nation’s finest entrepreneurs, BITS has a substantial presence in the Indian startup ecosystem, and CEL ensures that this fire is kept lit generation after generation.

To inspire BITSians to play a prominent role in leading diverse entrepreneurial activities in the Country and make a significant contribution to global entrepreneurial innovation.

The mission

To promote entrepreneurial thinking among the BITSian community and create business leaders in all spheres of life.

Through an amalgamation of various projects, we at CEL aspire to cater to the interests of a wide variety of people - ranging from students with an entrepreneurial mind to economically weaker sections in the nearby rural areas, as well as established startups in need of funding or mentorship.
