  • Talent Management Process: Conducting Awareness Workshops; Talent segmentation process; Competency Mapping and Development Centre Exercise; Preparation of IDPs & implementations
  • Compensation Management : Designing of salary structures for all levels (Senior / middle / junior management), formulation of personnel policies, fixing of salary structure for new joinees, GMTs, GETs etc.
  • Mentoring Process: Identification of Mentors, awareness programs for Mentors, facilitation in strengthening Mentor-Mentee relationships.
  • HR Planning : Manpower planning (department-wise) and preparation  of organization structures, recruitment & selection, induction & orientation, GMT Schemes, Formulation & implementation of VRS schemes,  Job Analysis & Evaluation exercises (upto Unit Head); preparation of job descriptions / competencies for each job, experience in Hay Group Job Evaluation Methodology.
  • HRIS :  Fully involved in Online computerization of HRD, Personnel & Administration Modules.   I.T. coordinator for HRD modules in designing   / formatting of various input screens, output printouts

  • WCM :  5-S Concept - awareness programs, action plans & implementation;  5-S Audits; Organizing 5-S competitions; Kaizen , Why-why analysis, Visual management – Concept & implementation; Organizing  WCM competitions at regular intervals; WCM reports to Management / Corporate WCM.
  • Quality Circles: Conducting Q.C. Awareness programs; Formation of Q.C. teams; Identification of Q.C. Projects, Facilitation in implementation of projects, and ISO–9001(2000) Core group committee member.
  • Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS) :  Independently handled Customer Satisfaction Surveys (both internal & external) – survey design, methodology, statistical analysis, findings, implementation of action plans, Submission of CSS reports to Sr. Management.
  • Dip Stick Studies: Conducted Dip Stick studies, viz: Effectiveness of Performance Management Systems’,  ‘Effectiveness of Training Systems’, ‘Linkages of Training with ROI’ etc.   Suitable action plans drawn /implemented based on the findings; Submission of reports to Sr. Management on periodic basis.
