Ph.D. Thesis Title: An Analysis of Protein-Nucleic Acid Interactions and Crystallographic Studies on Proteins
 
Broad working areas:
  • The molecular and structural mechanism of biofilms and their Disruption
  • Therapeutic Biology (from Horse shoe crab, Green mussels, Moringa and other medicinal plants)
  • Conservation of Marine Bioresources and their Diversity
  • Protein machinery of Vibrio cholerae and Staphylococcus phages 
  • Bioinformatics of Protein-Nucleic Acid Interactions

  • (a) CSIR-Junior Research Fellowship and lecturership (December 2001).
  • (b) CSIR Senior Research Fellowship (2004). 
  • (c) DBT Research Associateship (2008).
