Ph.D. Thesis Title: “Relativistic Nuclear Equation of State in an Effective Model".

Supervisor: Prof. P. K. Raina (IIT Kharagpur/ IIT Ropar)

Dr. Jha obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in the year 2007 under the supervision of Prof. P. K. Raina. Subsequently, he joined as a Post Doctoral fellow at the Theoretical Physics Division, Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad (2007 - 2009). Thereafter, he joined the Department of Physics, BITS Pilani K K Birla Goa campus as an Assistant Professor.

Broadly, his research interests is Nuclear Astrophysics.
