About the Faculty :
Debopam did his schooling from Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission, Kolkata. He did his Bachelors in Mathematics from Presidency College under Calcutta University. He obtained his Masters degree in Mathematics from Vivekananda University, Belur, West Bengal. His research interest includes behavior of primes over general number fields, rank computation of Elliptic Curves and Elliptic Curve Cryptography. Congruent Number Problem which is one of the classical problems in Mathematics is also one of his area of interests.
