  • Ashish Runthala (2012) Protein Structure Prediction: Challenging targets for CASP10, Journal of Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics, 30(5), 607-615. Got the Ranking of highly read articles and got awarded with the first article position from its earlier eigthth and subsequent fifth positions, by the Biomedupdater Company, USA and has always been ranked among the top10 articles published in this field so far since its publication date.
  • One of my research monograph became the most read article of the Knowledge-based Systems in Biomedicine & Computational Life Sciences, in the Springer Series of Studies in Computational Intelligence.
  • Editor/ Associate Editor for 4 Journals, and Reviewer for 19 International, National Journals (like Bioinformatics Journal, Oxford University Press) with impact factor ranging from 0 to 8.136.
  • Invitation to join as the PhD position in the Computational Proteomics lab at Missouri University, USA.
