P.C. Sande completed her ME and PhD from BITS Pilani. Her Doctoral thesis was in the field of CFD simulation of reactors. She has more than 13 years of research and teaching experience, and is currently serving as Assistant Professor at Department of Chemical Engineering BITS, Pilani; Pilani campus. She has taught more than ten different Chemical Engineering courses for UG & PG students, including Thermodynamics, CFD, Petroleum engineering, Research Methodology and Technical communication. She has contributed to the Work Integrated Learning Program of the institute. She has published journals with American Chemical Society, Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, Sage and Springer. She is part of Academic Counselling Cell of the Institute, and has held other positions at the Department level. She has contributed to BITS Pilani Library over the years. Apart from engineering she also researches on creative thinking and engineering education. She is an avid reader in general and studies the Old and New Testament regularly.
