About ICEBM

 
The Department of Management organizes a biennial International Conference on Evidence Based Management (ICEBM). The aim of this conference is to provide a platform to the researchers, scholars, academicians and practitioners from different part of the globe to discuss various methods of evidence based management. The conference focuses on various techniques and methodologies along with their application to provide some concrete evidences for better managerial decision making. This conference also provides the opportunity to interact with some of the renowned experts in the domain of management and other discipline from different parts of the world.
 
The first International Conference on Evidence Based Management (ICEBM) was organized by the Department of Management in 2015 in its Pilani campus. As the conference deals with an emerging area of interest for management researchers, it has seen large number of enthusiastic participants since its very first edition. In 2019 the department successfully organized the third edition of ICEBM. Researchers from academia and personnel from the industry are encouraged to submit articles in the field of Marketing, Finance & Economics, Operations, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management & Business Policy and Information Technology Management from the perspective of various industry verticals.
 
Papers presented in the conference are published in the form of a conference proceeding. Selected papers are also considered for publication in reputed journals. Best papers from different industry verticals and management domains are acknowledged during the conference.
